The item I wanted was a surprise gift and was not delivered, the shopper did not contact me at any point in the transaction as described in the outline for the delivery. "I put an online order in Saturday for a FAO schwarz Christmas tree plush. The website said there were five at the store. I ordered it online to pick up in store. Several hours later I got confirmation that the item was no longer available. I then went to the store myself. I went to the section of FAO Schwartz toys and could not find the item. Then I went to the kiosk and typed in the item. The kiosk told me exactly what I aisle the item was in. I went to that aisle and sure enough there were five items there. So I purchased it. I am a little annoyed that I had to go do this myself. But what bothers me more is if someone else wanted that item and did not have the ability to come into the store, they're not going to get it because a representative did not properly look for the item. You would think that someone works in the store they would type in the item to find out what aisle it's in."

"Your shipping is ridiculously slow. The dates keep changing. Right now several things that I ordered over a week ago have been delayed with no updated shipping information available. Same thing happened with my last order.
One packaged that I received had ornaments loose in the box...NO wrapping around them. They all should have been individually wrapped.
Same thing happened to my mother...she received a package of GLASS ornaments just floating around in a big box. It's a miracle that they weren't all smashed to bits.
You guys need to package your items properly and securely for shipping, and ship things in a timely fashion.
