"I recently bought from Tayna over the Christmas period and the courier lost the delivery. contacted Tayna who were really helpful in resolving the problem.

Unlike many other companies they didn't shy away from the problem or say it was someone else's fault (which it was) - they were in constant contact with me and offered everything from a refund to replacement batteries. This eventually got resolved with their help and I received replacements (with an extra discount) first week of January
