"They are the cheapest. But be aware, even if they are informing that battery is available - it's not. They are ordering direct from supplier, charging you extra for next day delivery and leaving you waiting week or so. And customer service is not happy to hear about any kind of part refund."

"I ordered the battery yesterday and intended tracking the delivery this morning, but it was delivered before breakfast, less than 16 hours after ordering. The packaging and accompanying advice was most impressive and I can think of no way this service could be bettered.
I will certainly recommend Tayna to any friend or colleague needing to replace their battery.

"Needed battery , this company came up cheaper than others. Bought strays away , paid £134.42 plus £10.08 for delivery.
Parcel send with UKmail, found we missed you card on letter box and stating they left battery on porch. No parcel found anywhere on porch. Tracking showing as well signed to porch. Contacted Tayna Ltd asking to trace this up with delivery company which whey have chosen, but no support from customer support. Send them pictures of we missed you card left by UK mail , they have ignored. Out of pocked £144.50, I wish I paid a little extra and bought from proper company who’s delivery company will actually deliver the item safely. Will not recommend to anyone this company, terrible customer support team.

"I needed a car battery for my Vauxhall Corsa 1.2 but wasn't sure which one I needed. I phoned their telephone line and was helped by a lovely lady who guided me through the purchase. The order was placed at 4pm and it was on my doorstep at 9am the following morning. You can't get better than that!"

"I ordered a heavy duty car battery - 595901 Varta AGM Ultra Dynamic VRLA - which arrived, fully charged, six days after it was despatched. They used ParcelForce 48 on the 5th January, but the weather in the UK has been very bad, which prevented the couriers honouring their delivery commitments.
Absolutely no problems with Tayna itself, and will use the company again. They were very helpful in establishing the size and type of battery I needed."
