"I ordered from this store/website because they were the only one who had what I wanted (supposedly) in stock (i.e., a Nick Foles Super Bowl jersey the day after the Eagles won Super Bowl LII). The website looked legitimate, but I should have known better considering that no one else had what I wanted in stock at this opportune time.
The first red flag came after I checked out. I never created an account or set a password (i.e., I checked out as a guest), but when I went to track my order, it told me that I had created an account for which I needed a password to login. So I logged in with my email address and said I forgot my password, and they sent me a new, completely randomized password. After logging in, I found there was absolutely no way to change said randomized password--I was stuck with the randomized one they made up.
At this point I googled the company and found the other reviews on this website. If you've read the other reviews here, then needless to say, when I received the product, it fell far short of expectations. The stitching is embarrassingly awful and all the logos on the jersey are blurred. The logos (especially the Super Bowl LII logo) look like they are hanging on for dear life. If I could on this forum, I would upload side-by-side comparison photos of my authentic jerseys next to this one.
Please do your research on this website. Based on the other reviews on this website, which indicate that they will not guarantee returns because mail tends to get lost on the way back to China, I won't even try to return it. This is a rip-off--be more advised than I was as a consumer at this time. "
"I ordered from them and then within an hour changed my mind and msg them to cancel order before it shipped. They emailed me back and said they’d refund me my money and that was on the 9th. It’s now the 21st and I still have not got it. Everyday since the 9th I’ve sent an email and I get an automated response saying are employees are on a holiday from February 14 to February 21st. Who runs a company and every employee is gone for over a wk and nobody is there to take your order and respond to you but they are available to take your money. Never ever will do business with them again. I’ve called my bank and filed a dispute. "
"I ordered 2 jerseys for the Superbowl on the 2nd week of January. Today, 6 weeks and 11 email later, I still have not received them, and they stopped responding to my emails the day after the Superbowl. I will be contacting a lawyer tomorrow to recover my funds.

"This company is a FRAUD! Ordered an "authentic" NFL jersey and received a FRAUDULENT, poorly made, fake labels peeling off, team-logo-bubbling jersey for $149! Ordered on December 1 and received on December 28 despite asking to cancel my order since it took so long to apparently arrive from CHINA. Their web site said 5-15 days for delivery. "Customer service" rep, Tara Julie, assured me they were a U.S. company, based in NY with a warehouse in China for "expedited" shipping. She only responds at 2:30 am Central Time but claims she's in NY. Despite stating a 3-month return policy on their site, they make you ship back to China with a tracking code, which costs $63. I returned the item and USPS has attempted delivery EIGHT times between February 1 and February 10, and they aren't accepting it. And, shame on my bank, TD Bank, for ZERO help in getting my money back!!!!"
"My husband ordered a Vikings Jersey. It had flaws and ended up being a kids size. The customer service rep named Tara Julie kept responding with “Can show pics?” We sent pictures and still nothing! Worst overpriced purchase ever! Beware! This place is fraudulent and has been reported to the BBB! "

"Do not buy anything for this awful website. First, after I ordered a steeler Jersey for my husband I never got an email confirmation or shipping details. I had to email the customer service department to see where my package was. Finally, after 15 days I received a jersey that was way too small and had major defects on the sleeve. I emailed them to say I was returning it and showed them a picture of the defect. They then told me that I would have to send it back to Asia and that most packages get “lost” and they wouldn’t be able to do anything about it then. "

"I had such a bad experience, I had to file a claim. I ordered a jersey Dec. 20th and was charged 3 times. I contacted their customer service (email only) and explained that I was charged 3 times for one item. They claimed the additional 2 charges were not their company. Umm... what? This in fact was a lie because not only were the other two charges the EXACT amount of the item I originally perchased, I haven’t ordered online from any other company within the last year. The next day, the two charges that were “not their company” dropped mysteriously. Meaning, either they were lying and trying to steal my money, or my bank info went into the wrong hands due to their website. With all that said, it’s january 25th and they still refuse to refund me. Do yourself a favor and DO NOT BUY FROM THEM. Here I am a month later, still suffering from the burn of this website :( "

"This company has a great website that looks legitimate, it is NOT. They seem to be based in Tennessee but the are based in and ship from CHINA. Shipping time is 3-4 weeks and the items are NOT authentic. When you request a return they refuse because they return process is "difficult and expensive".
