It believe their website stating ships in 5-8 Days. I order two weeks before Christmas and now that I have received a tracking number it says it is still in China. Concerned about product quality, sizing and if I will even receive item. "

"I placed a order after reading return policy and cancellation policy, i recieved an email shortly after placing order stating price would change, I immediately emailed to cancel my order, twice before a reply. They finally email back, first calling me "dear", and asking me not to cancel I said no I want to cancel. "I ordered a free decal for my car but it included a membership that would be charged each month. I contacted them to cancel my membership immediately but was charged this month for the membership fee. Customer Service said I didn't cancel the membership. I have asked for a refund-we'll see."
"Took over a week to find out status of all items. After a week of them saying "it will either ship today or tomorrow", they finally said they were out of stock on one of the items and that I should expect a refund. The only way to contact them to find out about your shipment is via their chat. I ordered on November 29th, chatted with them on Dec 4th regarding my last two items and they said it would be sent that day or the next, chatted with them again on the 6th and they said same thing, and finally chatted with them again, today, the 8th and they finally told me that one of my items were out of stock.
After my chat with them on the 4th they said they would reimburse shipping, which they did. After my chat with them on the 6th they said they'd reimburse 20% of the entire order, which I haven't seen so far. And now they're saying I'm just getting reimbursed for the item that they're out of stock on.
This company blatantly lies and will deliberately give you the run-away. Stay away."
