The woman had placed my order on hold because they were supposedly out of stock then she tried to order something else for me and never got back to me about it. I ended up canceling my order and buying something over eBay. Terrible, terrible service. Beware!"

"Overall I am okay with the purchase, my only suggestion is when you have to verify an order, leave a message. Some customers don't have the time to answer a call while in meetings. This was the most frustrating aspect of this purchase.
Three people 'attempted' to 'call' me to verify the order. Obviously I am grateful the business does this as its for the customer's protection. However, if no one answers leave a message with phone number, along with instructions on what is needed.
I was completely amazed how many times I had to email and call because my phone number, supposedly wasn't present. Only to have the last representative who finally did leave a message call me at the original phone number given at the time of the order.
Additionally, when a customer calls to complain that the phone number provided at the time of placing the order. Please teach your phone advisors that, 'Well obviously it wasn't or we wouldn't have called' is not the best thing to say first . Possibly, asking fir my order number or my name might possibly be more constructive to let me or any other customer, feel like the person on the phone has the ability to at least note the problem. "
