With all this technology she could not correct an invoice. So for that I don't even want to offer one star. This company failed. Check your future employees before hiring them. "
"For a company that sells computer programing software, the website was subpar. The newest release that is an available product of yours, is not on the list (simple site updates obviously not being made), which makes it necessary to call in order to receive product wanted. When I tried to add the product,there was not a responce. I repeatedly tried to add with no responce, then all of a sudden my cart opened with 26 added. I had to remove them 1 at a time since there was no option given to mark what I wanted to remove and only update once. Also, each update took substantial time. At one point, I unintentionally redirected to check out and had to do some creative searching to return to the screen to update and remove extra copies. When I was paying I had entered the wrong exp month and I received a message that the payment processor was currently down, not an accurate message to check my input. I submitted my proof of academic status via email given, week later, I had to call, because I had not received my software access code or an email requesting additional academic proof. It has been a day since I called and I have yet to receive anything as of now."
