"Techie Warehouse is a load of crap!! Like other people leaving reviews, I wish I had seen this site before I made my purchase, I ordered a cell phone case. NOT HARD TO SHIP! their customer service is the worst I have ever seen with any company I have ever been involved with. I have called I dont know how many times, sent numerous emails and all with no response. If they are even a true business at all, they need to sell out and shut the doors. "Terrible experience. Ordered Samsung Note 10.1 keyboard case with 2-6 shipping - Not. Paid with Amex card. Was told order didn't go through and was referred to pay by paypal. My Amex card always goes through. They just didn't want me to be able to use the Amex dispute system if I had a problem. Received the product from Amazon via "Shop Tech City." The box was torn and the charging cord was missing. Went to the Amazon site to request a return and refund and found it had been sent as a "gift" which meant I would only get a credit from Amazon.com from whom I had never ordered the product through or from! It gets better. Amazon had the product classified as used! I purchased new for $69+ shipping for a total of $75.00. (Now finding this product on Amazon for around $39.00). It took over two weeks to get this product after paying extra for 3-6 day shipping. Never could reach anyone at the company to check on the status of the order. No way of tracking the shipment. I don't order online often. This is my first review of a company because the experience was so terrible. STAY AWAY!"
"Techie Warehouse was not a good experience! While I did finally receive the product ordered (smart phone case), the delivery was delayed and customer service was of very little help. I ordered the product on 12/17, hoping for a delivery by Christmas which was why I paid for expedited shipping. The package finally arrived on 1/8 after several messages to customer service and the paperwork indicated a 12/28 order placement??? It appears they take their time placing a drop ship order with another vendor and don't pay much attention to the expedited shipping request. When I asked for a refund of the shipping charge, I was pointed to a shipping policy document. This was a first and last order with Techie Warehouse!!!!"

made an order and payment since nov 2012 and it's now jan 2013. I have written to them 4 times at separate occasion asking for a reply but till now i believe is more than 40 days BUT till nothing from them and the status is still processing.
