"I ordered a camera from them two weeks ago and have not received a confirmation or a email saying when it will arrive. That was the first gift that I ordered for Christmas. Now all the others have come in and still no camera. I emailed them but my email would not send to that email address, when I go to the same site that I bought the Camera on, it won't come up, says down for maintenance. This people sure take along time to repair their site. Tried to call, and guess what, this person is not taking any calls at this time, hell they probably made enough money off of us to take their whole country, where ever that is out to dinner or on a long vacation. You want to know about my experience with this company. I hope they all will pay for what their doing to people like me and you. Who work our **** off to make this money and have people like them steal it, that are to lazy to get out and get a real job. They'll have to answer to one person for this God."
"I dealt with them once before and it took them several months to get a product to me. I ordered something else not realizing it was teh same company and I am having the same issue again. They will not respond to a website request calls or e-mails. The only way to get them to respond was to open a case with paypal. they simply states that is was out of their control do to them not having the product and they wont cancel my order. "

"I recently purchased surround sound speakers, which were listed in stock, and for a great price. After a week, I never received a response, so I sent an email. 6 days later, no response and I sent another email. Finally, the next day I received an email (14 days after purchase) stating the item was out of stock and to give 1-2 weeks for back order. However, I never received any contact after 23 days from that email. I called today, and the rep (that I could not understand) said I already received an email 23 days ago, as if this was enough. He then said my money was refunded 14 days ago (? no it was not, and even if so, where was the contact about this? what about this back order you mentioned?). So I went home to double check this, and the money was refunded 30 mins after my phone call today, not 14 days ago??. This makes no sense, and is very frustrating. I did not notice the other reviews stating similar experiences until it was too late. Very horrible communication, customer service and false advertising. At least communicate this, and do not lie to me. If I were you, I'd avoid this company at all costs."

I had to call on 10 6 2014 and ask if my order went thru since I got charged and did not receive an email when I talked to the representative he nformed me all the products I ordered except the speakerbox was out of stock and their website said "in-stock" they tried to push only alpine gear at me I dislike alpine I am into competition not grocery getter sound. "I made a purchase on 12/26, did not get an email confirmation so I wrote them an email on 1/1 regarding my order status. Never heard back from them. On 1/6 I called them and was told that my order is canceled due to back-order. None of this was communicated to me, and they said to check my spam inbox, I just did and there were no emails received from them! I checked my PDF receipt, my email address is correct. How annoying is that?"
"I ordered a kenwood amp and two rockford fosgate speakers from these guys on 12/4 because they had the best price online and advertised free shipping. Then later that day they called me and said they did not have any of the items I ordered in stock and could not get them. I said i was going to buy them somewhere else, and they said hold on, they would call me back in an hour. They never called back. As of today (12/5) they still have these items advertised for sale on their site. I am not sure whether I still have an open order with them or not. And I have not heard back from them. I am not sure what kind of store this is but it's not a normal store where they stock things in inventory and then sell them. It seems like they take your order online and then run around and see if they can find the item from another supplier. Buyer beware: bad experience!!!!
update: I talked to them again on 12/5 and they said they do not have the items and can't get them. I asked why the items are still for sale on their website if they don't have them and can't get them, and they had no reason. This is two items from two different manufacturers. These guys are shady. I asked them to cancel my order and also told them (politely) that I am going to leave negative feedback, which did not seem to surprise them. I have a feeling they get that lot."

"On 9/27/13 I purchased a Kicker PKD1 amplifier installation kit under the impression that it was in stock and would ship on monday 9/30. On Wednesday 10/2 the order still showed pending. I called the company and was told that it would be shipping that day and they would call me back with confirmation and tracking number. I never received a call back and order was not shipped. I called every subsequent business day and had been told either will ship that day or the next and someone will call me back. Neither had happened.
Finally on Tuesday 10/8/13 I called and spoke with a representative named Suzzie and was told the usual excuse that it's shipping that day, they can't get in touch with their shipping dept. but will get the tracking number and call me back. I explained my situation and that I had been told this very thing on numerous occasions and it never ships and no one ever calls me back. I also expressed that I was a very unhappy customer and to which she replied "thats fine."
After such a disdainful comment I called back to speak with a manager to try to get this resolved once and for all as speaking with the customer service representatives was a complete waste of time. At this point I was finally told that they do not have the item and can not get it. Naturally they were pretty well set on sending any other inferior item that they had as a substitute. This does not work for me and ultimately we agreed that best resolution would be to cancel my order and refund me in full for this item.
Though Techronics.com feels it's "fine" to have unhappy customers, this unhappy consumer does not.
