"My order did not arrive within the window that was specified and unfortunately, I did not have it for the event for which I ordered it. I tracked the package each day during the week leading up to the expected delivery and it appeared to be on target. On the day of the expected arrival (which was the latest day listed in the range of days) it did not arrive and the tracking did not update until the next day with an indication that my order would arrive two days later.
