"I have been ordering moss from Tennessee nursery for only a few months now. However, I have ordered many, many times, some were large amounts. I found that the moss was very good every time. Don’t get me wrong, there are a few pine needles and some weeds, not many weeds tho. My last order was another big order, with 4 boxes full. As I am, each time I get a box of moss from them, I’m excited to see how pretty it is. When I opened all the boxes and started to spread it out, it was if someone had put it in a blender. There were no large pieces of green carpet, weeds everywhere, and other stuff not wanted. It was basically a complete waste. Although you can use that moss, I had a large specific area I was ordering for and there was no way I was using that moss. To say the least, I was pretty upset, but more surprised since all orders had been really good since the beginning. Prior to placing a review, I decided to call them. I just had a feeling this was not something normal. I talked with one of the sweet ladies that answers the phone. I gave her all the information I just mentioned above and she was very nice. She told me to call back the next day and talk with her or the other sweet lady. When I got up the next day, my first phone call was Tennessee nursery! But I didn’t call them, they called me. It took about 30 seconds. The nice lady told me that they were sending me more moss to replace the last batch. Told me they had a new person to harvest the moss, which made sense. I received the replacement order in a couple days. The amount and the condition of the moss were both the best I had had to date. It took them 30 seconds or less, to completely rectify the issue. In a world where service has become very scarce, Tennessee nursery has obviously made the decision to do it the right way and service their customers above and beyond. If a business would just do that, they will set themselves apart from competitors overnight! Thank you so much ladies for your help and service. "

"Not satisfied about the purchase of a tree that arrived dead. After sending photos proving that the tree was not alive they agreed to give me a store credit although they wanted the dead tree to be shipped back at my expenses which would is not fair. Shipping it back would cost me too much. "
