"First they sent incorrect trees, which were dead anyway, then after two months of emailing them and sending pics they promised to send the correct ones, then they admitted they didnt actually have them but refused to refund me. Made me take an in store credit. I ordered trees i didnt even want to use up the $100 credit, and they sent 3 dead twigs, no packing around roots, leaves all dried and shriveled. And they refuse to email me back. They have an F for a BBB rating if that gives you any idea of how bad this company is."

"They sold me 50 square feet of "sheet" moss that looked like it was gathered by the handful and mashed into a block. It was completely unusable in any landscape setting. There wasn't a single cohesive sheet of moss bigger than about 8 inches wide. Their response to my complaint was basically "by ordering, you agreed to accept whatever we sent you...."
You know the difference in companies that want to do right and the ones that just want your money. TN Nursery is definitely the latter."
"I ordered 20 plants online and it took TN Nursery over a month to ship. I only received half my order. When I called to notify TN of their error, it took another 3 weeks to ship, at a time when it was probably too hot to ship. Four of the plants died within a couple of weeks.
I notified TN by email on July 16, 2019 that four plants had died and I wanted a replacement. I was told I had to dig up the dead plants, ship them back at my own cost, and that I would be given a store credit! ...Just unbelievable! Poor customer service, inferior plants, and they are dishonest about their "guarantee." I would never purchase from TN nursery again. Buyer beware!"
"STAY AWAY cannot Cancel purposely vague descriptions they cheat you .....I ordered 25sq ft - and I got a few lumps! no wonder they don't show you what you get ! Also after a few days I wanted to cancel my order that was not due to ship for 1.5 mths. They said there is a restock fee of 20% - but when you check out they don't ever mention anything! I also asked directions and the CS rep had no clue -
Finally they also don't tell you there is EXTRA shipping charges right when they ship - they charged my card w/out my permission - I don't understand how they are still in Business with these deceiving business practices - I am filing a complaint with the BBB.....PLS PLS STAY AWAY! "
"As in the title: no refunds, bought six plants, three died, heck to try to get resolution on this, two came with postage due which, on disability fixed income, I could not afford, nor should have to because it is their fault. They scorned this, then blamed the USPS and so now I have no plants, credit or refund. They don't follow consecutive emails and ask for repeated information with sometimes rude abrupt responses that make no sense. Promises made not kept.
Should have checked with BBB first: 100 complaints to date, 93 never responded to, and a grade of F."

Received a courteous response from a rep, and they are looking into the matter. Hopefully they will provide a shipping estimate soon.

Order is more than a month beyond the promised shipping window. The company kept telling me "it's shipping soon." When I asked for specifics, and they told me they had too many orders to provide any updates. I asked for a refund, and they refused.
This company does not do a good job of communicating with its customers. I would not recommend buying from them."
"They sent the wrong item to me. There is no way 10 square feet of moss can fit in a 1 square foot box so I refused it. They refuse of give a refund, offered store credit which I did not want, only to retract the offer for store credit later in the conversation. They hang up on me when I try to call to resolve my issues with the owner. They apparently don't do refunds, only store credit. Be aware of the fine print on their website before making any purchases."
