"I placed an order with T Equipment on saturday the 18th of march , I then contacted the company by phone to inquire if this item was in stock , the girl stated that it was not , then said , Oh it just came in and they have to unpack the shipment and enter it into system , and that it would be shipped out on Tuesday Morning , I never got an email stating that it shipped , so I called the company back on Tuesday the 21st of march and asked if the item was in stock , Remy , stated to me that it was on order and that it would be in this week , when he told me this , I told him to cancel the order that I had placed on saturday the 18th , he told me he wanted to escalate the shipment , and I said No , I want the order Cancelled , if you cant be honest with your customers what do you have left to offer , He, Remy said he would send an email that the order was cancelled , and I would have that email today , of course , I never recieved an email from him . I contacted the company several hours later and , guess who picked up the line , You guessed it , Remy , I did a chat and guess who answered , Remy , it seems that Remy is going to try to make this cancellation fail , any way he can.
So I say to all you honest people out there that has an order and needs it by a certain date , do yourself a favor , Call someone else ."

“We appreciate your feedback regarding your order. We utilize inventory management that is hosted in a large facility that is not on location. We can confirm that you did place the order on Saturday, March 18 at 10:19pm. Our hours of operation are 8am to 9pm, Monday through Friday. We processed the order and then released it for shipping on Monday the 20th at 11:01am. You called on the 20th at 11:11am and spoke to Stacie who confirmed the order was scheduled to ship on Wednesday the 22nd, you then asked if you would have it by Friday the 24th, which Stacie confirmed you would have the item by that date.
With regards to the cancellation, we have our employees submit the order to our processing team for cancellation, if we are not able to meet our customer’s needs. On the 21st at 4:13pm you called and spoke with Remy. You asked if the item was in stock and he indicated that there would be a lead time. You said you wanted to cancel your order, at which time Remy checked and explained that new orders would have a lead time and your item was in our warehouse. You confirmed that you still wanted to cancel as you expected to have the item by the 21st and the girl you spoke to lied to you.
Remy did submit the order for cancellation and sent an email to your Hotmail address we had on file. Remy did try to expedite the order to ensure it would meet your needs, however he should not have indicated that you would receive the email confirmation on the same day as the OP team works until 4pm. Remy will be coached on the proper after hour procedures for cancellations as this experience did not delivered you the results you expected.
