"Ordered the same item twice. Both instances the item failed to ship as advertised as well as told by customer reps. First excuse for it to take a week to ship was the Labor Day Holiday. The second attempt was to be overnighted and days later hadn’t shipped.
I moved on and have yet to be refunded for the lack of service…I was also contacted after all of this to confirm shipping addresses and told that I needed to help them recover the item before I would see a refund.
The staff so have spoken to we’re very friendly and are aware they clearly have shipping issue so if time is vital to you…do not purchase here. "

Shipping around a holiday weekend can be problematic but we could absolutely have done a better job for you. Once again, we apologize for the delay. On the replacement order we did ship overnight but the tracking shows it took the package 7 days to deliver. We are not able to control the carriers that are supposed to deliver but ultimately take responsibility for your experience. You will be refunded for your shipping on that order. Our warehouse confirmed on the 20th of this month that they received the original order back so we will initiate that refund as well. We’re glad to hear you found our agents friendly, but ultimately, if they’re not giving you the best possible information, they’re not meeting expectations.
