"My overall experience with TEquipment was very good. The only reason for the 4 starts instead of 5 is because there seems to be a disconnection between the email communications and the chat. I was told one thing on the chat but that didn't happen. I would think that since I have a customer and order ID the communication in the chat would "propagate". Or maybe it does but the agent just responded my question and didn't make any annotations to my case.
Anyway, this time I did not have the excellent service than in other occasions so that's why the 4 stars."
"My valves were all under the round valve covers. However, some cheap installer put 1-2 valves beneath a cover and they were covered in dirt. It was easy to hear a solenoid picking but when I had 2 valves inside the cover I had to use an insulated screw driver to feel the chatter, by placing the screwdriver against the solenoid and feeling the vibrations. Very easily done. Not a problem with the Armada tool. The tool works perfectly.
