There was a couple days of lag time between shipping from Tequipment to the cross border shipper. My items shipped came as promised and in good condition. "With the proliferation of on-line vendors, everyone seems to compete on the absolute lowest price. While price is important, I always look for personal service (a live human that answers the phone and speaks English) and quick shipping (it’s worse that useless to wait a month to get the absolute lowest price, especially when the wrong item arrives and has to be returned).
So I was very pleased to deal with Tequipment on this important order. Very fast shipping, correctly filled, and well packed. And they emailed a follow-up to verify all was well. I will continue purchasing from Tequipment for all my needs.

"I had a failed order from TE through Amazon screwing up nthat had to be returned, but the new order I placed with TE came in correctly.
The people at TE I spoke to were all helpful and very knowledgeable ... BUT .. the company itself has some issues:
1 - When you state that you have something in stock, that SHOULD mean it is in NJ. NOT coming from Rigol. I do appreciate the people I spoke to but if "in stock" means at your distributor, why would I not just go to Rigol in Oregon directly? I see no value in your not carrying stock.
2 My order got delayed due to your warehouse systems being down, and you don't have a manual backup. My company would pull orders from our Financial system and manually place/ship orders directly, entering the data (Order #, shipping #, tracking #) when the system comes back up. I find the lack of a manual backup plan very disturbing especially, as was mostly due to Amazon's screw-up, I was (and am) in default of several contracts and deliverables.
The above concern me and should concern you as well. The definition of "In Stock" and the vulnerability of your order shipments is not very customer friendly"

No problem with tequipment, I ordered it and they told new when it arrived. Plugged it in and got my soldering station back.
