"This is a beautiful case of the Right hand not knowing what the left hand is doing. I placed an order and got constant reminders on if I wanted to order the item that I already did. After about 4-5 emails asking me if I would like to order, I send over and over again a copy of the sales order number and purchase of the item that they kept asking me if I wanted to order. Come on folks, get your act together and pay attention. It's easy when customers give you the answer the first time. I don't need harassing emails to ask me to order something that I already have. Whether automated response or not, get you business affairs in order and keep track of what is going on.

Shipping around a holiday weekend can be problematic but we could absolutely have done a better job for you. Once again, we apologize for the delay. On the replacement order we did ship overnight but the tracking shows it took the package 7 days to deliver. We are not able to control the carriers that are supposed to deliver but ultimately take responsibility for your experience. You will be refunded for your shipping on that order. Our warehouse confirmed on the 20th of this month that they received the original order back so we will initiate that refund as well. We’re glad to hear you found our agents friendly, but ultimately, if they’re not giving you the best possible information, they’re not meeting expectations.
