"I had online chat with customer service rep and was having issues with my order and the rep said he could handle this over the phone. So he called me and we were about to place order however the phone and chat was disconnected. Then when we tried calling back or doing online chat it would not connect to a representative. Not sure what was going on but I tried the next day and was able to place my order online. Perhaps it was an internal error."
