"I pay for shipment and tax, once i recibe ir two Days late they charge me 45 dollars plus, I call u to check it and only tell me to call dhl of course they don’t care"

You purchased this through a different company in your own currency. We have nothing to do with this process and the fees that you mention. I hope you are able to get the support from them you need, and they can explain those charges. We are not the company you purchased from.”

"We purchased a couple of Pace desoldering stations from TEquipment and have continued to purchase from them. Great prices. They are responsive. They were not a huge hassle to do non-profit paperwork with, rather they were one of the easier companies I've dealt with on that front. Their site works well and suggests related items nicely. We will continue to buy from them as we need supplies for our rework needs."

"I called to order two meters. I previously was sent the wrong meter a year ago, so I was very specific about what I needed. When they arrived they were not what I asked for. I sent them back for refund, but now I have paid for shipping twice. I reordered the meters, and expressed that I needed them as soon as I could get them. When they had not shipped in three days, I called only to find out they were backordered. My customer found them from another supplier and bought the meters from them."

“Mr. T
I am Brian, the person who called you to update you on the order. I cannot speak to what happened a year ago but the interactions surrounding the recent order I was involved. We are sorry we were not able to get you the units that you needed in the time frame that you needed them. There was confusion on what item you needed to receive. On the 5th of September when you placed the order for the EP-10 the agent understood that you wanted to reorder the meters (EP-10) you got a year prior. That was our mistake for not confirming what you received and wanted. We did complete a refund of the full amount of the order including shipping. When you and I spoke on the 12th of September the conversation was focused on the replacement order for the EP-11. I was able to locate a more affordable M6 model that would meet your customer's needs. During that conversation I expressed that neither the EP-11 or the M6 were available for immediate delivery. At that time we both were unaware your customer was able to obtain them from another source. On the 19th your order was canceled at your request without and money being collected. You should not have any charges from us for this order either. Again we are sorry we were not able to get this for your customer in the timeline you wanted. We hope we can have another opportunity to gain your trust.
