"I ordered a Klien replacement blade for my cutter. It took over 2 weeks to receive it! First, I was sent an empty box. The was obviously too big and not taped at the bottom so if they did ship the blade it left through the poorly taped box. Everyone was nice about replacing the item but lacked communication regarding the 3-4 days it took to ship out the replacement. They asked me for my address and I gave them my address again (wasn't it stored or the order to begin with?). To my surprise they fouled up my address and had it sent to the next town over.. I'm glad FedEx figured it out (only took 2 additional days). I asked for a refund through this as I lost trust but was told it's only a credit and it would not actually come back to me so I could get what I ordered from some other company but if I wanted to pay for another they could expedite my shipping. What?? Needless to say.. I'm not impressed with their shipping guys or much of anything else. They did however quickly admit a problem and at least tried their best to solve it. (I really hope this wasn't their best efforts though). Purchase date was 4/1/19.. I guess the joke was on me from the start"

"The tool pallets disintegrate after about 25 years. On a whim I looked up Platt cases and discovered they made replacement pallets. In a week I had all my tools in their little slots and the pallets fit perfectly. I expect that the tool case will probably outlive me but my sons may enjoy using them long after i am gone."

"Ive ordered from tequipment on more than one occasion and it was always shipped promptly and packaged well. Alot of the items they offer are sought after items which i qouldnt trust getting from ebay because some chinese knockoffs exist out there.
