"I was looking for a protective cover for my S8+. I read lots of reviews for various products offered on Amazon and most of them had poor reviews until I checked this one. I don't think there were any negative ones and it seemed to be exactly what I needed so I purchased it.
I had previously dropped the phone on concrete and it had a small chip / crack in the lower left corner of the screen. I didn't want it to get any bigger. I bought this item. It was delivered earlier than it said it would. I watched the installation video as suggested before attempting it. Before I started the installation I put a small piece of black electrician tape on the corner to keep it from spreading or falling out. I installed the protector over the top of it and it now looks almost like new. It was very easy to install. I had 2 different estimates to fix or replace the glass screen. One was $395 and the other was like $249. I achieved the desired effect for about $12. I would definitely recommend this company based on my 1st experience."

"We ordered a tool for the A/C season, to improve our efficiency, but the tool never showed up. Rec ivied an e-mail May 23 the tool shipped and June 4th toll ad still not arrived. Looked at tracking and found it never shipped and that the label was just created. Contacted customer service and they said they would look into it, she e-mailed me back and said there was an issue with the warehouse and it would be shipping out and I would get a credit for the shipping. It will be 1 month after it was ordered before I get the tool!
