“I can confirm we did get the order on May 17th, 2018 at 3:23pm EST, and we did have the item in stock. We are unable to guarantee overnight delivery for orders placed after 3pm EST. Which we do indicate on our site. The order was placed directly online without any interaction with our staff, or we would have explained the inability to ship overnight.
When we did complete and ship the order on Friday the 18th, however overnight delivery defaults to the next business day which is Monday. Once this was out for delivery on Monday the 21st we could not make the change you requested.
I have submitted a refund for the overnight shipping as you did not get this when you wanted. I realize you are not satisfied with your experience but would hope you would consider giving us another opportunity as we want to have happy customers. Please in the event of any urgent needs call or chat with our call center staff to assist in delivering the results you need. We are open until 9:00 PM EST.

Within 2 hours of that order we sent you an email notification indicating that we could not get the items requested for 4 to 5 weeks but would be happy to find an alternative if you could not wait. When you called on the 5-23 we found a replacement item and shipped it out to you as per your request.
