"Ordered a New TPI 721 & received a package that had been previously opened for whatever reason! Immediately notified via e-mail Saturday & phone on the following Monday for a RMA as a package that has been opened before I receive is unacceptable for me. took 4 days & numerous phone calls to receive the RMA alone. ended up disputing charge with CC company to protect myself. Product sent back & zero response from TEquipment. This all started on 03-05 & as of today 03-17 there has been no response from TEquipment. Up until now never an issue with product or service, don't understand what happened with your company??? "
"I had a large item that said free shipping for orders over $99 which it was. I had a smaller item which I did not realize was not on the free shipping list. At checkout I didn't see the coupon code I needed to enter since it was way at the bottom of the page and never actually saw the code when I saw the $99 free shipping. So it wanted me to pay the full shipping cost ($28). In the end I purchased the larger item, with free shipping after I entered the code and deleted the smaller item since the shipping for that item basically doubled the purchase price."

maybe send the review email much later down the road. or even better maybe ask if its ok to send a review email. what I love most is the freedom of choice. I super love when a company gives a option if the customer would like to recieve any future emails that are not related to your purches.
