"I did call TPM to order but the message told me due to high volume it was better if I could order at their website. So I went to the website and found it easy to order. Once ordered they continued to send me emails about shipping status. My order arrived and it was exactly what I ordered and it was well wrapped and protected. "

Yes, there was bad weather in there, but TPM still had an entire week to ship before that happened. I thought they would ship signature required, but UPS just left the (badly mangled) box on my doorstep. The monster box plastic is gouged, and the security **** the short side is damaged. Simply unacceptable. I'd be more understanding if there was any sort of communication from the company, but the only thing I received was a shipping notice once it was in the mail."

“This review is absurd for a couple of reasons:
1. No communication? We have sent out no less than four communications regarding the situation we were facing with shipping, and posted them on our website. The most recent is here: https://mailchi.mp/texmetals/second-weather-update-2760176 For those reading this in the future, please see the level of communication we offer customers. We can send out messages, but we can't force people to read.
2. Bad weather? We faced a generational storm in Texas last week: "a week without power and heat, deaths in the county, burst pipes, no running water, intermittent cell service and electricity, no UPS inbound or outbound shipments. No Brinks shipments. Electricity was only restored last Friday, and UPS was not fully-operational throughout Texas until this morning."
Regarding the condition of the box. That is another issue which we will gladly take up with UPS . . .
