"Bad experience with the delivery service my order was delayed 2 weeks and counting. This should have shipped 1 day after I wired my money. I literally live less than an hour from them and still no tracking and no news of my order. On my dashboard, it just says payment received. They're fast at taking your money not fast at shipping orders."
"Ask them. Gave the excuse of the “risk management” division flagged it. When I asked to speak to someone in that Dept., they couldn’t give me a number or person to speak to. Shady business practices if you ask me."
“In the precious metals industry, credit card fraud is rampant. Criminals use stolen credit cards to purchase gold because they can liquidate and turn into cash easily. The victim then files a chargeback and leaves the merchant with the loss.
To mitigate this, we use a third party company called Riskified, which screens the cards during the transaction. If they clear a card, they will then 100% insure the order against any potential chargebacks. They will often reject transactions that do not meet their criteria. Sometimes this is because the individual is using a VPN, or for other abnormalities related to the information entered. This is beyond our control.
in this case, the customer's order was flagged, so we offered him the option of keeping the order but paying via a different method. He refused, and decided to leave a bad review instead.
The process is simple, but people often assume the worst intentions, when our business practices are, in fact, standard for the industry.”
"Price is unbeatable but.....Wired money for a monster box of silver that was supposedly on hand and available. 2 weeks of calling for status and nothing but continuous broken promises. They had my money for two weeks and my order still said processing. So es covid and bad weather is an issue but they can and should acknowledge the sale at the minimum and just update the delivery problem but that is not what i saw in my account. I'm not happy.
Changed to 3 because just saw order was processed. I know the delivery will take time I cant critique that badly unless I have to wait another week or so."

“This review is unjustified for several reasons:
1. When the client ordered, there was a notice regarding delayed shipping, because he ordered during the historic silver squeeze of 2021, where order volumes increased 1100%. Even under normal circumstances most orders ship within three business days, not immediately upon payment, because of the effort of testing/recording,and shipping high value packages. We are closed weekends.
2. This client's order was ready to ship a week ago, but the entire state of Texas was without power for 4 days, UPS trucks stopped running, and we sent out three communications explaining that we could not ship during the statewide emergency.
