"They quoted me $30.75 for a book. When I sent it in, they stated that they did not receive the format they were told. They said they would only send me $3.50 for it. Their website does not give an option to select the format. The guy I talked to, Tom, was absolutely the rudest man. I asked them to either send me the money I was quoted or send me my book back. They said they would not do that and if I wanted my book back I had to pay them for the item on top of the shipping charges. I reported them to the Better Business Bureau. Absolutely awful company. NEVER again. "
