"I had a terrible experience! Most of the books were paid as promised. However, the most expensive buyback still has not been processed. In fact, they don't think it is a legitimate book. They said it will likely be seized and no money will be paid. It was a textbook I bought from Amazon and used through graduate school. Apparently this was possibility and disclosed in the fine print. I would highly recommend using a more reputable buyback company like Amazon Textbooks or Ecampus. If they are not going to pay the agreed upon buyback price, the book should be returned to me! Very dissatisfied!"
