"I got an email saying they could not buy back my books because they were unable to say if they were authentic and we're working with the publisher to figure this out which could take months. I emailed them asking if this was common to occur and they basically told me that it was in the terms of service. This is frustrating considering I purchased the books for school on a well-known website and now they are saying there is a chance they are not authentic and I will not get any money back for them nor will I get my books back if they discover they are not authentic. I doubt I used inauthentic books for multiple semesters. So, still no resolutions or actual buyback. Feeling bamboozled. "
