"I like others received parts that were not what my model called for. I partially installed them and found they were not correct.. There was no documentation in the packaging so I had to manage without directions etc.. Upon disputing my claim I explained the blades were installed and they still offered me a full refund. The only catch was I have to pay to return a portion of the part.. Not the best transaction, maybe someone else would have more luck but after a bit of back and forth I should get my money back and I can move on.. Best of luck in purchasing. "

Now that I am looking at it closely, I can see it is a picture of Air Bear and deep in the description it says it is an Air Bear Filter.
I am disappointed. I feel I've been a victim of deceptive advertising. Buyers that it is NOT Ultravation.
I am giving the company two stars because they responded to my complaint promptly and said I was able to return the filter (But the company was not willing to cover the shipping costs. It cost over $13 to get it shipped to me and I was not willing to eat the shipping both ways.)"

"I ordered 3 replacement spools for B & D electric trimmer (480-342801) Black and Decker #DF-065. They work for about 3 mins. Then the line becomes loosened up in the cartridge and quits feeding. Ggrrr. They LOOK like they should work, but don't. Of course, I'm 1 mo. past when I can open a dispute with Parts Biz according to PayPal. It was winter and I didn't need to use them until now. Will just eat it but will not order from this place again."
