I had to follow up from the waiting room as no one came back to let me know they were short handed and that it would take longer than usual. At checkout, worker apologized for the wait, stating that someone didn't show up, but my appointment was a late afternoon one and nothing was mentioned when I arrived or any time during my lengthy wait.
