"Store manager Matthew Bernstein made me feel comfortable purchasing from him. By that I mean it is honest to say I have visited many car repair shops and as a female, you feel like the guy behind the counter is always trying to take advantage of our "lack of car knowledge". I did not feel that way at all. And when I did ask questions, he was friendly and educated me on the subject. And I NEVER fall for "upgrades" and things like that, but he was so informative on the Tire protection and how it worked, I did in fact purchase.

Just yesterday I printed off a quote for my mother in law for a set of new times with Tire Choice and recommended she go there. Different location unfortunately because she lives in Delray Beach, so I hope your customer service can match Matt's!

I do like the printable quote. But knowing better, I did call to find the "hidden Charges" and a few more popped up at the counter. That I do NOT like, especially when sending my mother-in-law in by her self. Your "Out the door" really should mean what it implies.

"All in all it was a good experience, only bad part was I was not informed before purchase of new tires that if they did not do a alignment the warranty would be void. Would have preferred being told upfront so I could have decided whether or not to have them put the tires on, had no choice the way they did it."
