They got me right in and completed the oil change and tire rotation while I waited. The man at the front desk also used a coupon for me which was above and beyond. Will be back!"

"Yes they do great work, and there very friendly. The problem with them is there labor costs are 109 dollars an hour. Where other shops are 60 dollars an hour. Your bill could end up being double what it should be. Being on a fixed income, I cant afford to go there any more. I need a timing belt, water pump, and seal fixed. They quated me a price of 850 dollars. I talked to two other people who know mechanics, and said it should cost 450 dollars. I have to go where the savings are. I wish there was a law to regulate the labor cost so your not being strong armed. Its a shame because they are a good shop."
"My wife went there with a coupon for an oil change and filter for $19.99, but was told the coupon wasn't good for the oil she got last time. She was charged $49.89, minus a $20.00 discount for the coupon, and paid $29.89. The receipt also said the tires were rotated (no charge), but they weren't rotated. They plugged a nail hole and the plug is still in the same front left tire where the nail was."

"As I drove my car to get an oil change and check on a tire I told my wife I bet you they will come up with something crazy to make us pay more. Since the employee change at this location it has been the norm.Brought in for Oil change got a call Your blah blah blahs are going and you should change them how much? Around $600 Are they broken? No. Is it dangerous to drive ? No then why should I replace them? Just do the Oil change. This time I bring in; Oh I should mention I have the Credit Card so when I get Oil Change tires get rotated and all that other stuff. I get a call oh your bolts are locked on two tires and they have to be replaced. How much $30 for three bolts Yes over priced but at this point what can you do. Okay and to install them $120 !!! Yes for something that took VERY little time. Of course I'm a hostage at this point My car is up in the air 2 tires are off bolts allegedly no good. Do it ! They lost a loyal customer of many years for nothing. "
"The guys at the front desk are always friendly, and explain everything thoroughly. I had an issue and the head mechanic, Glen took the time to explain and show me what was wrong. Have had several repairs, maintenance, and multiple sets of tires installed at this Port Saint Lucie Tire Choice in front of Lowes. Great service, highly recommend!"
"I found Dennis, my "Guy" for the last five years. He left where I had originally found him and I was lucky to find him at Tire Choice. I went to him for years and was thrilled to find out he was working at Tire Choice. He left me a voicemail that he had moved locations and I phoned him back within and hour on a Saturday. He immediately took me in and had my car fixed in a matter of hours for more than half the price I was quoted at Dimmitt Cadillac. I told all my friends about him without reservation about his old shop and will do the same at Tire Choice.
I made the comment to the Manager at the shop that whatever they paid him it wasn't enough. If he could not fix the problem he would recommend someone that could. I said he wouldn't send a customer to any place he wouldn't send his Mother. The manager laughed and said, "You like your Mother don't you?"
Great service, great prices and a sense of humor to boot. I am a customer for life. My Mother owns a new Malibu from Dimmitt and switched to Dennis as well. My Mother is 82 and I am very picky about who she gives business to. She implicitly trusts Dennis as well. "
"I was greeted with a smile by both counter staff and mechanic on duty. Thankfully, only for a maintenance appointment. But, that kind of service would surely make me want to return to this location! Surgery asks for shipment and returns, a service I did not use and could not submit survey without entering. I can only say from customers that came in after me and ordered tires, they were to have them in a very reasonable amount of time and asked the gentleman if he would like to wait or come back in two hours (he chose to go about his day and come back). So I'd say that is very timely and convenient and all handled professionally and with a smile (on the face of staff and the customer)."

"I purchased 4 new tires and they seemed "heavy" and different so I went back and Shawn the manager took time to ride in my car and even offered to replace the new tires with other tires that I would be happy with.
