"This used to be my wholesale source for a certain hard to find currency sleeve. Now I need to find another as 2 Buds has gone up in smoke! Phone is off, site is down, many people placed orders just before the collapse. They got janked. Glad I did not give them my money before they flopped."
"Do not order from this company under any circumstances. I placed an order for 400 post card sleeves. They sent the order but the sleeves were the wrong size. I returned them but they never sent out the correct product and they never issued a refund. I tried very politely to reach them at least twenty different times. They never answered the phone or responded to any of my e-mails. If you want to avoid losing your money don't place an order with these guys.
They used to be a relaible company but can no longer be trusted. Steer clear of them."
"I ordered some adhesive post card backings which apparently were delivered by USPS. This is not The2Buds problem but I endeavoured to contact them in an efforts to find out what to do. It has been three weeks, two emails and a phone message later and still no reply. Clearly customer service is not a priority for them. I have since ordered a similar item from a competitor and I received it in three days with a confirmation email to say it had been shipped. That's customer service. Lesson learned: I should have been more diligent in checking reviews before I ordered."
"I used to order from this store regularly with no issues. A few years have gone by, and I recently placed another order. I don't know what happened, but it's a completely different story. Wasted way too much time trying to get in touch with these people. They don't answer emails, they don't reply to phone calls, and they don't ship the order. I finally had to open a Paypal dispute to get my money back. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!"

"They-re OK, but there are two issues always:
1. They never respond their email inquiries, have to call them.
2. Their shipping is very slow, even when items are available.
3. It takes months and even years to receive notification of restocked items. Then it takes many weeks or months to receive those items after they are paid for.
4. When paid with credit card, weeks later, the order is still not shipped out.
5. Have to ask them for a tracking number. They will not email you one. You can log in and check for the tracking number, but their tracking system seems to be broken.
