"Paid extra for UPS 3 day. Day 6 it's still not here. E-mails unanswered. Will be calling BBB and paypal. Kx4aa"
"On 1-25-2023 John Holbrook at The Antenna Farm took my order and my money personally over the phone for one of the most expensive things he sells at the Antenna Farm Store. Upon receiving it 4 weeks later on 2-16-2023, I immediately went to register it for warranty with Icom USA. They would not let me register it for warranty because The Antenna Farm ordered it from a dealer in Japan. It had an out of country serial number. It can only be warrantied or repaired in the country of origin. Japan. I am in the USA. I got straight on the Phone and once again John Holbrook answered and accepted my return and issued me a UPS Label and I promptly shipped it back UPS. He said he would refund my money when it was returned to the store in Georgia. I shipped it back the same day I received it he got it back on Monday 2-20-23. From there on they would not answer my calls or return my messages. They no longer would communicate with me. After a week went by after they had received it back at their store I was convinced they were not going to issue my refund. I opened a case with Pay Pal and told them the Antenna Farm was refusing to issue my refund. After 10 days Pay pal Issued my refund after there was still no response from the Antenna Farm about the refund or the Pay pal case I had opened. Pay Pal took the money away from the Antenna Farm and issued my refund of $2,309.00 that the Antenna Farm would not Issue. $2,309.00 Now if you think this is a professional company to deal with then go ahead and make their day. They will never owe me a New Piece of Gear or any Money again. Never again for me and I will turn as many people away from their door as I possibly can intercept. If I had done my home work and checked their reputation on line before I gave them my order or my money I would have known better. "
"I purchased an antenna on Feb 6. I hadn't received a tracking number in a timely manner and reached out to them Feb 18. I received an email from 'Jenna' who said the order was on the edge of her desk as a reminder not to forget. It is now March 13 and my last two emails were non-responsive. I would not go anywhere near a company who could care less about their customers, or the timely shipping of items they 'publish' as 'in stock'.
It appears the owner John Holbrook hides behind a veil of secrecy, whereas if you buy something from DX Engineering, you get an email from their CEO Tim Duffy thanking you for the business and offering a direct link to him if there are any problems."
"PROMISED ITEM WILL SHIP THEY NEVER COMMUNICATE "
"Very lackadaisical shipping proceedures that result in extended shipping times. It appears they think that creating a shipping label is the same as actually shipping something. "
"Purchased a Laird 150/450 antenna from them. Shortly after they emailed me to say they actually did not have the antenna. They said they would get it from the manufacturer and ship it in a week. After a week came and went I inquired again. In the end, after a month of waiting, I was told "oh it's discontinued, so we can't get that antenna." Complete waste of my time. Completely unprofessional behavior. They obviously should not sell items they do not have. But this is what they do. Most infuriating is their poor attitude and lack of customer service. They even never apologized for their mistake. Clearly, they don't care about customers.

"Before my purchase I had read reviews of The Antenna Farm. I was cautious about ordering, so I called to get a feel of the company. I had a long and pleasant conversation with the owner in Rexford, MT. I have to believe the few bad reviews resulted from the warehouse and shipping in Blairsville, GA. OR when placing the order the purchaser screwed up and blames The Antenna Farm for their error.
The coax that I ordered is Times Microwave LMR-240UFwith the silver/Teflon PL-259 connectors. When I ordered my coax I told them what I wanted and he repeated b ack to me my order. He double checked what length, the premium solder connecters with the Silver UG-176 Reducer and the 3M brand Heat Shrink.
Like I said in the review title, “I have only positive thing to say”.
Also: FAST SHIPPING, order placer 4/4/2020 received 4/7/2020

"I bought 3 coax assy's from here, they were LMR400, 2 with PL259/PL259 and one assy was PL259/N-Type.
I called and spoke to Frank which I was informed was a co-owner by him, he is the "Customer Service Rep", I called him to inquire how they installed the connectors on the coax, whether they were soldered, crimped etc., Frank informed me the tip/center conductor was soldered and the body was crimped, I accepted this after much homework because I had always soldered the shield and the tip but found crimping was good.
Upon receiving the coax all looked good, I was installing my stacked loops and put the loop on the mast on some saw horses and got the coax hooked up and lifted mast to stand on ground leaning up against house until I got on the roof via the ladder, after leaning it there I looked down and there was the end of the coax with the tip only on the center conductor, this is when I became very upset, they LIED, and they know they LIED.
So I went up the ladder and removed the threaded collar from the loop antenna, the first thing I notice is this is not crimped, it is a screw on type PL259, then I went back down and looked at the coax end, I wish I could post a pic here .................. anyway, thye used a screw on connector (Lie #1), very cheap, appears to be aluminum, I was told "Quality Crimp On PL259", and to make matters worse, when they stripped back the additional outer jacket, they did not even pull the braid back over the jacket before screwing it on which is why it pulled out because the body was loose on the outer jacket, no solder, braid not pulled back before screwing on and obviously they lied about using crimp connectors and do not even know how to install a screw on type properly, and the connector so cheap that even with all the other failures that the tip was not even remotely secure due to how cheap it was though it could have been due to excessive heat when soldering tip though again ..................cheap cheap cheap.
So I call and talk to Frank, he basically calls me a liar, I send a very pointed email to them and then his partner John calls me, I am explaining and he says the connector broke, I said but John it is not a crimp connector like I was told and even still it was installed wrong as a screw on type and it is aluminum body for gods sake the cheapest mess I have ever seen, so he begins to cuss me and tells me F U and hangs up on me like Frank did.............................
Yes they are a reseller and the retail goods they have in that dept are legit, but I do not trust people like this that are intentionally defrauding people, I had wondered why I did not see the hex shape under the shrink tubing at the connector but paid it no mind, but now I understand, they LIED, and they know, very sad, so they both hung up on me, I have reported them to the FTC and the BBB and my local AG Office in hopes they will at least be forced to stop screwing people with their shoddy jack leg connectors and to be honest, pure and dishonest Fraud.
I hope you all warn people of them, please do not let anyone at least buy any of their premade assy's, I hate to see this happen to me but yet more so to others.
So now I am replacing all the connectors on the assy's, thank goodness I had a crimper and Amphenol Crimp PL259's here so I could replace the one for my stacked M2 HO Loops, only downside is I now have to take down the mast my dipole is mounted on with the Diamond 510 on top of it so I can replace that connector, I am not leaving a loose ground up there ...................
What a sad sad thing these guys are doing to make an extra buck..................very sad."
"Being a long-time customer, The Antenna Farm is my go-to place when I need antennas. Their customer service is top notch and they ship very fast. Their prices are always good too. Thank you for keeping this place going."
"Was very quick in shipping, Notification of shipment, And thanking me for my purchase with a follow up email. Excellent customer service."
"I made a purchase on July 15th, 2019 and to my pleasant surprise it showed up two days later. I had a couple of questions about the product after it arrived and called them and a customer service agent was able to quickly answer all of my questions. I certainly plan on purchasing from theantennafarm.com again."
"Punctual shipping and quality products. Cannot recommend The Antenna Farm enough. It looks as though it's competitors have tried to give bad reviews but I've shopped here many times for my radio and antenna needs and have NEVER been let down. "
"I needed several parts for my two way radio to spoke to my mom offshore during events and the owner helped me with some technical questions before my purchase. Arrived in a timely manner too. Thanks Antenna Farm."
"Always fast/speedy shipping. They back up what they ship and make certain you get the product regardless of USPS screw-up's, thanks to John"
"Not sure why all the hub bub on here. I've been a customer of The Antenna Farm for over 15 years. The owner is very knowledgeable of two way radios and antennas certainly more so than any of his competitors that I've dealt with. He helped me numerous times to get me exactly what our company needed. Didn't try to oversell things to us that we didn't need and the systems worked great every time. Also, I hear, there are rumors floating around that The Antenna Farm either closed down or went out of business. These rumors are false. I just purchased something from The Antenna Farm on July 23rd, 2019 and it arrived 2 days later. I've spoken to the owner about these rumors and he has expressed his concern. I suspect it's a competitor doing this but the owner is kind enough not to seek revenge. I would highly recommend The Antenna Farm. I've spent literally over $20,000 with this company over the years and they have always been very cordial, honest and sincere in their approach. Any issues that came up they were quick to resolve. "
