Bad customer service experience

"I submitted an RX a few days after I placed an order. In a chat, I was told the RX wasn’t updated. Then I got an email from a person DF, Customer Service after I cancelled my order for the lack of an RX saying she wanted me to reorder the items again as the RX was submitted. Then I asked the person by return, and no feedback has been made. How can a seller ignore and neglect even though I replied an email from a seller. This shop is least professional. Glad I didn’t order anything and am not hearing anything from the person, DF."

Poor shipping

"If you want your ordered items shipped in a timely manner this is not the company for that. I ordered around lunch time and never received a shipping email so i called next day was told it wont ship till next day. 2 day shipping takes 3 days to even ship"

"Ordered online. Didn't receive shipping info so I called. Was told out of stock. Canceled ordered. Next day received call that shipment was on its way. Fine but in meantime had ordered from someone else. Not impressed. "

"I purchased a ResMed AirSense 10 CPAP machine in July, 2020. The machine failed in Oct. 2021 while under warranty. A return shipping label was emailed to me Oct. 11 and box returned to them Oct. 12. It's now mid Nov. No communication from them on warranty status. Phone calls not returned. Long wait times on hold until I give up. I finally got through today. I was informed that they had no way of knowing when I should expect a working device but that I shouldn't expect anything for weeks more. Definitely great care and support for medically necessary medical equipment."

Terrible service

"I ordered a mask and harness from the CPAP shop on the Friday before Labor Day. I desperately needed it, because there was a tear in the cushion around my old mask and it no longer fit. I paid more than $100 extra for Saturday deliver, but it did not come the next day. I tried to call the CPAP Shop but did not get an answer. Then, I emailed them and again no reply. When I finally reached them, they claimed that they had called me, so to be honest, I did find a call in my voice mail box. Anyway, I rescheduled delivery for the next Saturday but requested that they refund my shipping fee, something they initially refused to do but after I complained, they agreed to the refund. It is now 6:43 pm on the Saturday when they should have delivered my equipment. I checked the shipping information and discovered that they delivered my equipment to Syracuse, NY. That's nice, I guess, but I live in Charlotte, NC. I've requested a full refund. Your guess is as good as mine as to when I will receive the refund."

Unprofessional and unreliable.

"I made my plans to travel to Florida by car and about 10 days before planned departure date
I ordered travel CPAP machine from thecpapShop.com. Their site promised to ship it the same day so I thought
I had plenty of time to receive my order before my travel was supposed to start.
Four days later I received the order, however my package contained completely different machine.
I tried to call the store and left a few messages - no answer. I sent e-mail but nobody responded me.
Their online chat service constantly kicked me out saying that the chat service was offline
even though it was during business hours. Two days later I eventually was able to speak to live representative.
She apologizes , put me on hold and after some time confirmed with her supervisor
that they would send the correct machine overnight so it would still be able to receive the order before my travel begins.
Three days later after waiting in vain I went through the same exercise of trying to get in touch with the store.
Finally I got somebody on the phone and to my surprise I found out that they haven't sent anything yet.
Again they promised to send it overnight. It was three days ago and I am still waiting for this order to arrive.
Meanwhile my travel plans are going down the drain. Stay away from these people.
One of the worst experiences ordering online I ever had.

Great CPAP related Items

"This is a great CPAP supplier. They offer quality products at a good price, but what sets them above the rest is the customer service.
We had no problem getting a smaller mask, when we ordered one that was too large. They impressed us so much that we just ordered a cleaning system from them and referred them to family and friends that we know uses CPAP machines.
