"I ordered a cpap mask with two day delivery on a Friday on May 15th, 2017. I was called the next day to verify the address and took the call and verified the address in the conversation. I even memorialized the point in a follow up email that same day. Yet the mask did not ship until Thursday for a Friday delivery. I had to delay a trip and then travel to the UPS office to collect it in time to leave. Although the company sent it overnight on Thursday I did not receive my mask on Wednesday, but on Friday. And still the company still charged me for two day delivery. With that time frame I could have just used the standard, free shipping they offered on the order."
