If that wasn't weird enough, on May 12 I received an email saying the products I ordered were now backordered and they had no idea when I would receive them. I paid extra so I could have it shipped quicker since I have not been sleeping well since this part broke. I even ordered 2 of them so I would have a spare next time. It has been well over a week and I haven't even heard a word from them. I am very disappointed in this company!!!!
