"I ordered new cushions for my CPAP masks, I paid good money for them and they were delivered as expected. Since I am perfectly aware of which parts are necessary, I made the correct choice in ordering, so they are exactly what I wanted and they work extremely well. What more is there to say? I'm not a gushy sort, and by virtue of having paid for them, I don't see that 'thanks' is the next step, but if it will get you off my back, then 'Thanks'. "

MISTAKE!!!

"I received an email on May 11, saying my order had been shipped out May 12. If that wasn't weird enough, on May 12 I received an email saying the products I ordered were now backordered and they had no idea when I would receive them. I paid extra so I could have it shipped quicker since I have not been sleeping well since this part broke. I even ordered 2 of them so I would have a spare next time. It has been well over a week and I haven't even heard a word from them. I am very disappointed in this company!!!! It was really annoying since they took the money out of my account immediately and I have yet to hear from them on the status of my order!!!"
