"I purchased a battery harness and adaptor for my CPAP from these folks about 3 years ago. When we moved, I thought I'd lost them so I ordered another set. AS luck would have it, 40 minutes after ordereing, my wife found the harness. I called to cancel the order but was too late. when the order arrived, I refused delivery and called their customer service again to explain my situation. They were very understanding and told me they would credit my account following receipt of the returned items. I expected to have to at least pay for shipping and possibly the dreaded "restocking" fee. Nope, they refunded me my complete purchase amount. Great customer service.
By the way, the battery operated harness works perfectly. If you're thinking about getting one, I would encourage you to do so."
"Ordered my supplies on a Sunday to my aunts house for which I was visiting. Got email on Monday that products were back ordered, email on Wednesday said sent out. With 1-3 day priority mail I should have received the products by Saturday and I was leaving for home Sunday. Package was set to deliver on Monday and I have to wait until August when I go back for a visit for my supplies "
