"I ordered a mask. When it arrived there was no head strap included. I called back and was told that was EXTRA! I have been ordering CPAP supplies for 30 years. Whenever I have ordered a mask kit it came with the head strap. I was told that if I had ordered the BUNDLE PACKAGE instead of the ASSEMBLY KIT it would have been included. This was not made clear on their website when I ordered. I feel like they're hiding behind deceptive verbiage. They offered me three dollars in free shipping as a consolation which really just felt like a slap jn the face. I was extremely dissatisfied and, quite honestly, felt duped. They need to make these things MUCH clearer on their website. With so many CPAP suppliers online, I will NOT be using them again and I would NOT RECOMMEND them to anyone."
