I appreciated the responsiveness of Julie and her team. My disappointment was that the Resmed products are poorly described across the internet. Very difficult to understand what replacement parts are needed.
If Resmed is serving a community of people with sleep disorders, they need to communicate much more effectively with their customers."

"Buying CPAP replacement items has always been a needlessly frustrating and expensive experience. Once I discovered just how much I was being overcharged by a medical supply company I switched to Amazon and other online retailers. In some cases it was easy: changing from 6 individually packaged filters for $12, to buying a 50 pack for $6. But the face mask individual components or even the entire assembly were difficult to find and exceedingly costly. I had two bad experiences with Amazon third party resellers where both were simply misrepresented products (standard does not equal medium) with one refusing three times to accept a return until Amazon intervened. So while the mask and individual replacement parts I purchased from The CPAP Shop still cost too much money for plastic and silicone, at least what I received was exactly as described and the lowest price I can find."

The only reason I did not rate them 5 stars is I think reduce the minimum for free shipping for CPAP accessories, or reduce the shipping fees for accessories. "
