"I have a very old cpap machine which I needed supplies and the local shop I used closed so I was looking at two options: 1) drive 4 hours to the next brick and mortar or 2) buy online.
I needed a new mask, tubing and filters and because of my machine's age ordering online concerned me. Was I selecting the items? What if I needed to return/exchange something?
After browsing throught a couple sites that looked identical to me I just called The CPap Shop. The rep was patient as I expressed my concerns, took the time to answered my questions (pros and cons), and within a few days my supplies were on my door step.
