"I have been ordering from the CPAP Shop for five years now. The products are always cheaper than going to the provider my insurance takes. I found that I am paying less than submitting the cost to my insurance as I have to satisfy a deductible. That speaks volumes to the mark up that these companies are submitting. The cost I have seen are a third of what I was paying and they are the same products. CHECK IT OUT YOU WILL BE SURPRISED"

Chinstrap, Chin Restraint no matter what you call it, it's what the doctor ordered and what I ordered!

"When I started using a BiPap four years ago, I used a chinstrap when I used the BiPap. After about 900+ uses the mask, hose and chinstrap were replaced by a mask, hose and chin restraint. At bedtime, when I'm hooked up the mask and hose were not problematic. The chin restraint was a problem. To make my day I came across a similar chinstrap as my original one at CPAP Shop. The first time I wore it, I slept like a baby !"

Changes are needed!!!

"Twice I left my phone number and no one called back. Shipping charges should be the last thing on the invoice. Easy to bypass using a phone or even a laptop. If shipping is free why would someone search for a shipping method before getting to the total. Very mad about no returned calls. Why give out that message if you do not plan on helping your customers. Very poor service. "
