"Your salesman was argumentative and condescending, to the point I told him I was going some where else! but for convenience sake I just went thru the internet. The call was made over the weekend about 2 weeks ago, and it involved a mask I bought in November. I told him it had a leak in the elbow of the nose he told me it was my fault because I did not wash it everyday, which is total BS, the mask I had before for which I think I bought from you maybe 5 years ago, still works and all I did was throw it in the dishwasher by its self about once a week! all I really needed was new Velcro head strap. As soon as I feel like shopping around, I'm out! What kind of business argues with a customer when he's trying to buy their product and succeeds?"
