Small Pillow Missing

"When I received my headgear and mask, it was missing the small size pillow, I have E-Mailed the CPAP Store and received a return E-mail asking if the package had been opened, which it had not been. I have not received a response from that E-Mail. I realize the Christmas Holidays slow things down and that's OK. I'm just asking to receive what I paid for.
