"Placed an order on Dec 9th. It's the 16th and still hadn't received my order. Had gotten an email saying the wipes were back ordered. Today when I called to see where the masks were, I was told that because I didn't respond to the wipes email they held everything. I said I didn't see where I was supposed to respond. I was told that it said if I had any questions I should call. Most companies ship out what they have and a company with products like this should understand that the masks are critical and the wipes can wait. We're leaving for out of the country. I don't have time. They didn't even offer to expedite. I felt more confident cancelling the order and ordering through Amazon who always ships as promised. It's worth a few dollars more to get what you need, especially on a health item."
