"I ordered the item on Weds 7/20/2016 and they contacted me right away, which seemd good. They needed a prescription and it was sent two days later by fax from my Doctor office, which I gave them the contact information for. They said they'd follow up with me and by Wednesday 7/27/2016 I hadn't heard anything. I contacted them again and they said the same thing, that they needed the prescription and now had to wait until Friday again. I called my Doctors office and they confirmed faxing the prescription previously and said they'd send it again. Disclaimer: my Doctors office does everything electronically, they have an app and everything for test results and visits, so they know what they are doing. I emailed this company and they confirmed later on to having received the prescription. They sent me the product overnight, I get it and its missing a crucial part, THE FACE MASK, so its like I didn't even get it. Now I have to wait to hopefully get the part I need sometime soon so I can finally sleep. Shop somewhere else, its almost like this company has no idea how to stay in business, which makes me wonder how they have and how long they will."
