"When I wasn't sure which size to order, I called CPAP Shop, and the person with whom I spoke told me she had my order on her computer screen, and she would make sure I had the proper size ordered. Additionally, I had mistakenly ordered only part of my total order, and she recognized that and consolidated them on the same form to save me shipping costs. I'll continue to get my CPAP supplies at CPAP Shop."

"I accidentally bought the wrong cushion for my mask, and I didn't realize it until I contacted customer service. I had already opened the package and tried to use it without success. I contacted the company to ask for an exchange, expecting to pay for the return shipping and the new item since it was my mistake. Through email, Julie assisted me to order the correct mask, and she informed me that I did not need to send back the original mask. She also sent me the new mask without charging me for it. I still cannot believe they did that for me. CPAP equipment is so expensive, even with insurance covering some of it. It is also a difficult decision to try something new because insurance doesn't help you when you buy something that doesn't work as well as you would hope. This is a great company that really looks out for their customers. I've been buying from them for almost 2 years, now, I will never buy my CPAP equipment anywhere else."
