"This was my first time ordering through The CPAP Shop, and while it was fairly easy my order still wasn't right. Last weekend the rubber that creates the seal around my nose on my full mask ripped, so my Dad told me to hop online and order a new one from the website he always uses and swears by; i did and it was easy...too easy. Found "the" pies i needed in a snap, ordered it, and walked away. Easy.
Well, a week later it came in but was for a different mask! Now like the title states it was nobody fault; neither my mask or the part had identifying markers other than ResMed and M for Medium, so when i went online and found the M ResMed piece that looked to be the right shape that i needed i got it thinking they must be interchangeable...nope...just a little frustrated because that piece of rubber costed $50+ bucks and took 5 days to get here, because i wasn't willing to pay an extra $20+ to get it here somewhat sooner, and wasn't right. Luckily i was able to mend the old one with a band-aid until i get this sorted out."
"Previously, I've been using a ResMed Quattro full face mask for about 4-5 years and, for the most part, have found it to be satisfactory. Recently, it began giving me problems with "leakage" around the eyes, therefore, I felt it was probably time to purchase a new mask. The Fisher & Paykel Simplus was featured in one of the latest emails received fro the CPAP Shop so I decided to give it a try. After almost a week, I've found it to be easy to use and quite comfortable. I hope this review isn't a bit premature but as the title says, "So Far So Good"."
