They sent several size nose masks for proper fitting. I ended up with the Medium Wide model. Adjusting the straps properly took a couple days to optimize but once I did no problems. Vent from the mask is up away from the face. No air into the eyes and if there are leaks during the initial fitting, the air goes away from the eyes. "
