"My first call to Ryan was to change nasal pillow. I clearly described needing to get a non-invasive pillow. He said he understood, but sent out a pillow incompatible with my machine! I contacted Ryan AGAIN- no mention of the error, and would send out the correct pillow. I received the ORIGINAL pillow I needed to replace in the first place. I will have the charges disputed - this will be much more expensive to the CPAP Shop than the 20 cents of plastic molding sent in error by the CPAP Store"
